Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes, we do! Please see Ivy Home's Trade Program for instructions on applying!

Can I get a sample of a fabric or wallpaper?

Yes, please email us with the samples you would like to receive as well as the address you would like them sent to. 

Do you price match?

Yes! Depending on the item and manufacturer, it's possible we can beat the price of our competitors! Send us an email or give us a call at 877-380-1517.

Can you help me find a specific fabric or product that I've been looking for?

 Definitely! We will do everything in our power to find you the fabric or product of your dreams. Of course, we can't make any promises, but we'd love to try! 

Can I place my order over the phone?

Of course! Please call us at 877-380-1517. 

What types of payment do you take? 

 We accept major credit cards to include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Discover. We also accept payment through Paypal, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay and Google Pay. All orders are processed through a secure sever. 

Affirm Pay As You Go plans are also available. Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders.

Can I cancel my order?  

Of course, you have 24 hours to think about any purchase! If you decide to cancel it, just send us an email with your order number. If you want to cancel your order after 24 hours, we charge a 15% restocking fee.  

What happens if an item is out of stock? 

All items listed on Ivy Home are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted in the description. In the unlikely event a product is back ordered or out of stock, our customer service team will send you an email or give you a call within 24-48 hours to see how you want to proceed!

What happens if an item arrives damaged? 

Even though we do our best to ensure safe delivery of all products, on rare occasions damage occurs during transit.  All orders should be inspected at the time of delivery, Please file a damages claim within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing hello@ivyhome.com Please include your order number, photographs of the damaged item, AND photographs of the box the item arrived in. Once we get this information we will get a replacement quickly issued!  

  • Note: We cannot replace incorrect, damaged or defective items after 14 days from delivery

Do you have a retail store?
