Of course, you have 24 hours to think about any purchase! If you decide to cancel it, just send us an email with your order number. If you want to cancel your order after 24 hours, we charge a 15% restocking fee.
Of course, you have 14 days to return items. All items are eligible for return as long as they are in new condition and in the original packaging. The exception to this is mirrors and framed art. Mirrors and framed art are final sale and not eligible for a return due to their fragile nature.

Even though we do our best to ensure safe delivery of all products, on rare occasions damage occurs during transit. All orders should be inspected at the time of delivery, Please file a damages claim within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing hello@ivyhome.com Please include your order number, photographs of the damaged item, AND photographs of the box the item arrived in. Once we get this information we will get a replacement quickly issued!
