Ivy Home is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all purchases for standard delivery, which is curbside or doorstep.
You can expect to receive your order between 3-10 business days, depending on the size of the item and your location in the U.S. Should you require faster shipping, please contact email@example.com for expedited shipping quotes.
OVERSIZED ITEMS (5-12 business days)
Larger furniture items such as sofas, cabinets, or items weighing over 100lbs are typically sent via Freight or Fed-Ex Ground, and average 5-12 business days depending on your location in the U.S.
You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please note that a tracking number will only be provided once your item has shipped.
Ivy Home is pleased to offer complimentary White Glove Delivery Service for any orders over $2500 as well as for specific products in which free White Glove Delivery is listed in the product description. Otherwise, White Glove Delivery Service is available for any item for a fee of $150 per item/vendor. The delivery company will bring the piece into your room of choice, unwrap, inspect and take away all debris from the shipment. The delivery team will call you ahead of time to set up an appointment.
In certain cities, White Glove Delivery may be not be available due to COVID-19 restrictions. If this is the case, your order will be delivered via Threshold delivery (past the first entrance of the home).
If your purchase is being shipped White Glove or Freight, the delivery company will call to schedule a window for delivery. Please leave your phone number on the order form. Once you receive a call to schedule the delivery to your address, you have 7 business days to respond and make arrangements. If you are not able to schedule this within 7 days, please contact us to arrange storage for your order. Storage Rates will be communicated and can be utilized for up to 30 days.
If you anticipate being out of town, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a good timeframe for delivery.
At this time, we are only able to offer Free Shipping within the United States.
For deliveries outside of the United States, we suggest using a shipping service such as MyUS or Borderlinx. They will provide you a U.S. address which we can ship to, and will then arrange to forward your goods to you in your country of choice.
We do not charge sales tax, with the exception of Virginia
Even though we do our best to ensure safe delivery of all products, sometimes damages occur while an item is traveling to you.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item thoroughly at or around the time delivery regardless of when you will be installing the product. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or to the item itself, it is important to write that the item was damaged on the paperwork the delivery folks will ask you to sign.
A claim should be filed by emailing email@example.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item and photos of the box it arrived in. We cannot replace a damaged/defective or missing item after 14 days of delivery.
